For tea and food products, we provide trial samples for you to try before making a purchase. Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept return requests. Other products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product remains in its original resalable condition. Returns cannot be processed if the product shows signs of use.
