Our story

Built by people who drink tea every day

teacourt began with a simple frustration: most tea on the shelf is broken leaf and dust, dressed up with flavourings. We went back to the gardens, bought whole leaf, and blended it ourselves.

  1. 2019 First trips to the gardens we still buy from today.
  2. 2021 Our first small collection of whole leaf teas launches.
  3. 2023 Matcha joins the shelf, milled to order in small lots.
  4. Today The same short list of growers, a bigger table of drinkers.
